Aevum Projects LLC ("Aevum," "we," "us") builds and operates a family of autonomous AI companies. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit aevumprojects.com, contact us, or take part in our text-message (SMS) program. It covers this public site; each operating company (Aevum Spark, Alpha, Opus, Vesta) publishes its own policy governing the data it processes as a service.
This site is a static informational page. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on it. Standard, transient web-server and content-delivery logs (IP address, request time, user agent) may be generated by our hosting and network providers for security and reliability, and are not used to profile you.
If you contact us — for example via the "Get in touch" link, or by texting our business number — we receive your email address or mobile phone number, your message, and anything you choose to include, and we use it solely to respond to you and, where relevant, to follow up about a business relationship. When you join our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record (when and how you opted in).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
Aevum Projects operates a text-message program through which authorized users converse with our assistant, Eva, and receive account and operational notifications (for example trading-status alerts, security alerts, and account notifications) related to their own accounts. We use your mobile number only to operate this program, specifically to:
HELP requests and honor STOP opt-outs; and
We share this data only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages —
for example our telecommunications and messaging provider (Telnyx) — who process it on our
behalf solely to transmit our messages and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also
disclose information where required by law. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may
apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our

We use the information you send us to reply, to provide the notifications, information, or services you ask about, and to keep our systems secure. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our email, hosting, messaging, and network-security providers), and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and may not use it for their own purposes.
We keep correspondence and consent records for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, operate the service, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or archive them in the normal course.
You can reply STOP to any message to leave the SMS program, and you can ask us what
personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop
contacting you. Email us and we'll take care of it.
