These terms govern your use of aevumprojects.com and the services of Aevum Projects LLC ("Aevum," "we," "us"), a family of autonomous AI companies (Aevum Spark, Alpha, Opus, and Vesta). By using this site or taking part in our text-message program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Aevum builds and operates AI systems, including Eva, a conversational AI assistant. Access to our applications is restricted to authorized users and protected by authentication. Information on this public site is provided as-is, for general information, and may change without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

SMS / text-messaging program terms

By opting in to our messaging program you agree to the following:

• Consent & opt-in. You join the program by texting START, YES, UNSTOP, or EVA to our SMS number +1 (719) 286-1500, as disclosed on the public program page at https://aevumprojects.com/sms. There is no website form or checkbox. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not use purchased lists and we never assume consent.
• What you'll receive. Replies from Eva together with account and operational notifications (for example trading-status alerts, security alerts, and account notifications) related to your own accounts.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your activity and the notifications you have requested.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. Aevum does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and its information are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Aevum Projects LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the messaging program.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
